-  Can we visit your store?

-  Do we have to order online?

   Yes, our products are not sold in stores. Online ONLY.

-  Where are you located?

   In the United Kingdom

Is there a warranty?

   No all products but it states which product has a guarantee.

-  How accurate are the colours of the fabrics and other products?

   Their appearance on-screen can vary depending on the calibration of your computer monitor. If fabrics' and other products' colours are important, be sure  to check with us before you purchase online.

-  How reactive printing works on fabrics?

    Reactive printing is a multi-step process that produces absolutely stunning results. In essence, this method relies on a combination of reactive dyes, water, pressure, and heat to make the magic happen.

-   What are the benefits of reactive fabric printing?

    The print on reactive fabric has a remarkably high wash fastness, meaning it won't lose its vibrancy in the washing machine. This is an important quality for textile projects like clothing, blankets, and kitchen linens. You won't have to worry about your design bleeding out in the washer, as reactive printed fabrics can be washed at 40°C without losing their colour. This longevity also extends to friction so that the dyes won't rub off the fabric over time. 

-  Do you do fabric samples?

-  Will fabrics come rolled or folded?

    Folded

-  Are your fabrics pre-shrunk?

   Unless otherwise stated you should assume that fabrics are not pre-shrunk and treat them prior to use accordingly.

-  If I order fabric now will it be available in a few months time?

   Fabrics and other products will only be available whilst stocks last.  Our regular fabric lines are always available and kept in stock, however if a supplier discontinues a particular line we cannot guarantee that we will be able to supply the fabric for you and it may be taken off the website. We also cannot guarantee that the fabric would be from the same batch, so colour or texture may vary.

-  Do you offer discount?   

    We don't offer discount as of this moment.

-  Do you manage out of stock items?

   Yes we do. Any item, size, or other product option that is currently out of stock will be shown on our website. Once the product is not out of stock any longer, it will be automatically available for purchase again.

-  Can customer change their order/s?

   We are print on demand so we will not be able to change the orders after they are sent for production.

-  What if the customer is not home to receive the order?

   This depends on with which courier service the order was shipped, mostly the courier service usually leaves the packages at a safe place or with neighbours if no one answers the door.

-  What if I need to modify my order?

   If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.

-  How do I cancel my order?

   “orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed”, or we can give our customers a time window of like 24 hours that they can cancel their order.

-  Do you provide tracking information?

   Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.

-  I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

   We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.

-  How do I check the status of my order?

   An email should be sent to the customer/s that their shipment is on the way.

-  where are your products made?

   We make everything, by hand, on-demand, in-house in our bespoke facility in North West London, England. We offer premium-quality and fast production lead times as we make everything here.

Shipping and Delivery

 -  Where Do You Ship To?

    We ship worldwide, and are especially strong in Europe, USA, Canada, UK , Australia and Japan.

-    Do you ship elsewhere?

     Please note, that when shipping to military addresses (BFPO, BP, or PO among others) the item will be dispatched using Royal Mail, and the customer will need to pay any customs tax/duty charges.

 -   Does Neferzizi offer fast shipping either locally or internationally?

    The shipping option, we provide, for the orders is faster shipped, usually the orders get delivered all over the world within 3 to 4 working days.

-   Will customers pay taxes for international shipping?

     No. The customers would not be charged any tax. However if there are customs charges then the customs will contact the customer to pay for the customs charges and then the order will be delivered,  this depends on customs.

-    What are your shipping charges?

     We have Small, Medium, Large, Bulky and Huge price brackets. 

-    How long my parcel take to come?

      We are fast. . We make everything in one facility so this means added efficiency in production timings.

      Most of our wide range of products are made in 1 - 3 days. That is our production time.

      Once the product is made and quality checked, we send on a premium tracked delivery and this takes another 2 - 4 days.

      The fastest we can get things made and delivered is 3 days, the average is 4 - 5 days. In rare cases such as remote areas the delivery takes longer.

-     What is Neferzizi's international returns policy?

       Strictly within 14 days of receiving the order
       Return in its original packaging – including the dispatch note
       Customer pays for returning the package.

Upon receiving the product, our production team will scan the package which triggers a ticket with the customer team. Customer will be contacted and asked what they want to do: Reprint on a different size or refund. 

-     What is Neferzizi's cancellation policy?

      Within 30 minutes - We wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your design get in touch with us using either the email address: neferzizi21@gmail.com or call us on 00447703506955. We will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.

    After 30 minutes - We handmake every product to order, so as soon as we start production of your items, we have already invested into the ink, transfer paper, materials and the workforce time specifically for your order.  This means if you wish to cancel after 30 minutes of placing the order, a mandatory 20% charge will incur.

   Also, to avoid returns – mentioning something like this on the garment product pages would help: it is important to check your actual body measurements in inches/cm before purchasing, and in case the body measurements are on the upper end of the scale, please order the next  size up. Do not trust the XS, S, L etc, they change from brand to brand and actually mean nothing.”
